/ Logos + Branding
–––
Lovely loves logos — just not on clothes. We feel paying to be a walking billboard for someone else’s brand makes people look foolish. There are far cooler ways to get noticed.[ Click on any image to view in fullscreen mode ]

We also love giving face to a company — aka brand identity design. Nothing beats bringing a fledgling brand to life and watching it grow over the years.
> Big Street Bikers Brand Design / Logo / Business Cards / Print Collateral / Website Big Street Bikers came to Lovely looking for a visual direction that could support their goal of getting Kiwis to switch from cars to electric bikes. They wanted a lifestyle brand with energy, not a traditional bike brand. We settled on a bold 100% CMYK colour palette and came up with a fresh look which helped them create a biker gang unlike any New Zealand has seen before.

> Living Goodness Full Brand Design / Logo / Packaging / Website & SM Design / Print Collateral / Digital AdvertisingThis lil cabbage has grown into one of New Zealand’s top fermented food brands, and we have been there nurturing it since it’s humble beginning. Lovely was tasked with crafting a brand look to help the range of living, probiotic foods stand out, whilst complimenting the sassy product names concocted by creative Matt Weaver. This kraut literally rocks, becoming a hit with taste buds and stockists across New Zealand.

> Little Prick AcupunctureLogo / Business Card / Website Design / SignageWhen a friend — short on stature, but not on sense of humour — asked us to rebrand his practice, we jumped at the chance. Since the fun was already baked into the client’s name, we kept the design approach simple: hand-etched, Chinese medicine-inspired illustrations that instantly conveyed the nature of the business.

> Luxe Luxe Logo / Jewellers Makers Mark / Website Concept
Lovely presented five logo concepts along to the client, each one doubling as a jewellers makers mark. While they went with a simpler option, we couldn't resist showing our favourite one here — because why not!
